　　A surprise visit by Chinas president to a Beijing steamed bun restaurant has sparked a bun craze, with customers lining up by the hundreds to order food and take photos at the table where he ate.

　　中國(guó)國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平意外光臨北京的一家包子鋪，引發(fā)了一股包子熱潮。成百上千的顧客們?cè)诎愉佂馀抨?duì)，點(diǎn)餐并在主席坐過的位子上輪流留影。

　　President Xi Jinping shocked patrons and restaurant staff when he visited the restaurant on Saturday, paid for his food, carried his own tray and happily chatted with customers.

　　上周六，習(xí)近平主席突然出現(xiàn)在這家餐館，讓包子鋪里的食客和服務(wù)員都大吃一驚。習(xí)主席親自付款和拿餐盤，還跟其他的顧客們親切交談。

　　At lunchtime the day after Xis visit, more than 400 people waited for a taste of the Uncle Xi combo as customers took to calling the pork and onion buns, fried liver and stir-fried greens, the Beijing Morning Post said in a report widely carried in state media.

　　據(jù)《北京晨報(bào)》一篇廣為引用的報(bào)道，當(dāng)天中午在習(xí)近平離開后，有差不多400人排隊(duì)等候準(zhǔn)備一嘗主席套餐指的是習(xí)近平主席點(diǎn)的二兩豬肉大蔥包、一碗炒肝和一份芥菜。

　　Customers waited in line for 40 minutes for their food and a photo in front of Xis table, the paper said.

　　該報(bào)紙還表示，有顧客等待了40分鐘點(diǎn)餐和與習(xí)主席坐過的位子合照。

　　Since coming to power as president in March, Xi has demanded officials cut down on waste and extravagance and get closer to the people, as part of a broader campaign to root out pervasive corruption.
